Good decision, especially since Donald Trump isn't really a Republican, and has given more money to crooked Democrat Congressman Charlie Rangel than any other in the past 20 years, and has donated to Weiner, Schumer, and Rahm Emanuel in the past year. What sort of "Republican" donates money to these guys? A phony Republican!
If Donald Trump really wanted to put his money and populist bullshit to good use, he would have challenged Barack Obama for the Democrat nomination. Trump could have gone out and hammered China, bitched about spending, and could have been tough on everything.
I would have loved to have seen Donald Trump challenge Obama to a game of golf, and demanded that it air live on TV. Trump wrote a book about golf in the 90's.

I'm sure this decision is based on the reporting requirements necessary of candidates. We won't get to see how heavily leveraged Trump really is. Not that he excited real Republicans in any way.
The birth certificate thing? That was noisy theater. It really meant nothing. Few cared about that, except the douchebag Obama defenders in the media.
This is good for the Republicans. Actually, it's been a great week for the Republicans. The decks have been cleared of the Huckster (Mike Huckabee). Newt exploded before takeoff. Mitt Romney is wrecking whatever is left of his reputation by defending Romneycare. Now the Donald fires himself.
Not only that, but Tim Pawlenty has been running around Iowa this past week and so far he's been talking like a candidate should - critical of Obama but trying to be positive and attempting to present what conservative Republicans should be running on, which are always winning issues. I'm not saying I support him, but so far he at least appears to be the most sane, sensible, and appealing of the bunch.
