Iowa Was Targeted By Democrats

It's been an eye-opener watching the far left descend into depths of insanity following the shooting in Tucson yesterday.

Why, it seemed to be Sarah Palin's fault that Congresswoman Giffords was shot because some web site Palin was involved with "targeted" a number of races around the country.  Nevermind the fact that the shooter has turned out to be a young liberal who is obviously mentally ill.

The image you see here is from DLC site.  Iowa's got a target on it.  So everybody's guilty of "targeting" specific races.  But nobody is saying to go out and shoot anybody.

It's become almost impossible to look at any news sites about this story because the comments are filled with such political anger by the left.

I'm sure it won't be long until we see that idiot Rekha Basu or some unnamed editorial at the DMR go on and on about the "target" issue.  Maybe they'll wise up and retreat into the usual baloney about guns.  That's a safe place from which to fire on the public, don't you think?  Surely they'll go on trying to tie the recent changes in Iowa's gun laws concerning permits to the Tuscon shooting, laws which were passed by the Democrat-majority Legislature and signed by Democrat Chet Culver.  Perhaps they'll even sneak in a snarky sentence about Bob Vander Plaats and the legal ouster of those 3 Iowa Supreme Court Justices, even though it's entirely unrelated.  The far left is good at cheap shots and non sequiturs.

Within a day we'll get the Letters To The Editors at newspapers around the state by the usual suspects.  They'll be able to repeat falsehoods and use the word "tea party" in a slanderous way and get away with it because newspapers will print any old crap sent to them as long as it's by a kooky leftist.

The political far left is flailing.  They're trying to score points at a time when the last thing 99% of people want to see is that sort of crap tossed around.  It's sad to see, but that's how they behave.
