Culver seems to be dressed for safari; all he needs is a pith helmet. Given the expressions on their faces, I'm betting that Harkin and Grassley are having a dare over who can watch "2 Girls, 1 Cup" without tossing their lunch.
Nice touch of sarcasm, but in reality, both were checking their messages. I'm the guy that took the photo. Now you would never catch John Mc Cain in such vulnerable position. Maybe that is why he has avoided at all costs how to learn how to use the internet.
